The LFD-series of surface-mount front doors are engineered for 19"W racks. Each door features a 45-degree bevel on four sides, 180-degree open-swing access, and quick in-field changeability from right to left swing by simply moving the hinges (no drilling required). Easy door change, even after equipment is installed, is facilitated by factory-installed hinge nutserts on the front (left and right) of all matching rack frames. Doors are available in solid steel, steel frame with smoked Plexiglas insert, or fully-vented steel versions to meet varied security and ventilation requirements. All doors surface-mount to rack frame and are precision-formed from one piece 16-gauge steel for torsional rigidity (Plexiglas models feature a smoked Plexiglas panel insert within the steel frame).

These 15A AC power strips provide convenient access to power in racks and cabinets. The UL Listed devices feature single outlets spaced to accept some large power supplies (wall warts) and terminate to an attached cord with NEMA 5-15P molded plug. The CMBS is a slotted cable management bar for lacing wires and cables. The bar is formed from 14-gauge steel and measures approximately 19"W (483mm) x 0.625"H (16mm). It's available straight or offset (2", 4" or 6"D). Offset bars are stackable on a horizontal plane to save rack space. The straight bar can be used alone or mounted at a right angle to another straight bar for a dual-lacing configuration in 1U space. Bars can also be used as a support bracing for equipment when used with mid- or rear-rail rack applications. Black finish.

The fully-assembled FS wall shelf ships flat in a compact carton for economical, convenient warehousing. To mount, simply rotate the rear panel 90-degrees so the front panel flanges insert into the rear panel cutouts. The shelf provides secure support for up to 100 lbs. of equipment when properly mounted to a wall. Keyhole mounting slots are on 16" stud centers and are slotted so the shelf can be inverted to meet application requirements.

The UL Listed (Standard 1678) LER-F series rack offers featurerich solutions, solid structural support and code compliance for mounting and securing 19" wide equipment. Attractive rack features beveled edges, PilotPointTM screws with captive washers and a black wrinkle powder epoxy finish for durability. The rack has fixed-rails, which provides an economical alternative for applications where fully forward mounting of equipment is acceptable. Clearance from front rails to flush outside of frame is 1.75" and 2.5" from the rails to the inside of an optional surface front door. Since rails are fixed, there are no front-to-rear rail supports, which are often used for mounting a vertical power strip. To facilitate power strip installation and the mounting of optional fixed rear rails, Zangle with lacing holes is welded to the rear sides.

The LMB mobile base is designed to mount inside the rack frame to provide the benefits of mobility and a floor positioned flush to the bottom rack space. This model is often specified to support extra-heavy equipment that is mounted in the lowest rack position. Construction is 14-gauge steel with a durable wrinkle black powder epoxy finish. To facilitate cable access, there is a center opening in the bottom and cable pass-through openings on the sides that match up to side openings on matching gangable racks (LGR-series). The base features 4 non-locking, heavy-duty swivel casters, which are positioned inside the platform. When installed in a rack, the increase in overall height is only 1.25". The casters have a load rating of 350 lbs. each (1,400 lbs. total).

The LMSB-22 mounts under a 22"D rack or cabinet frame. The shallow mobile base is designed with casters positioned far to the perimeter to enhance stability of a fully-loaded 22"D rack.
